TAMPA, Fla. – Tampa is expanding its efforts to assist residents affected by recent hurricanes by opening three new FEMA assistance centers tomorrow, October 23rd.

These centers will offer computer access and support to residents applying for FEMA assistance online. This is particularly helpful for those who lack internet access or need help navigating the application process.

Locations and Hours:

The new centers are conveniently located throughout Tampa:

  • Copeland Park Center (North): 11001 N. 15th Street, Tampa, FL 33614
  • Port Tampa Center (South): 4702 W McCoy St, Tampa, FL 33616
  • Cyrus Greene Center (East): 2101 E. Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Blvd, Tampa, FL 33610
  • Cordelia B. Hunt Center (West): 4810 N. Himes Avenue, Tampa, FL 33614

City staff will be available to assist residents at all locations Monday through Saturday, from 8 AM to 12 PM. Hours may be extended depending on demand.

Important Notes:

  • No FEMA representatives will be present onsite. City staff can answer general questions and provide access to computers.
  • Residents need to bring essential information to complete their applications: This includes the address of the damaged property, names of household members, damage descriptions, insurance information, Social Security number, phone number, bank account information, and email address.
