The investigation revealed that on Monday, May 27, 2024, suspect Robert Craig Webb, 66, was informed about allegations that both victims were claiming about him, which angered Webb, police say.

Police say Webb parked in the garage of the apartment complex, gained entry to the stairs of the residential building, and waited for the victims in the hallway where they were fatally shot.

Shortly after the incident, Webb turned himself in, and the firearm was used by officers on the scene.
