TAMPA, Fla. – Tampa’s Community Redevelopment Agency (CRA) is excited to announce the Housing Rehabilitation & Renovation Program (HRRP), designed to provide financial aid for home repairs and renovations within the City of Tampa’s CRA Districts.

Who is eligible?

  • Both renters and homeowners living within Tampa’s CRA Districts
  • Household income up to 140% of the Area Median Income (AMI)

What repairs are covered?

  • Roof system repair or replacement
  • Plumbing repairs or installation
  • Electrical systems
  • Structural repairs (floors, walls, etc.)
  • Heating/AC installation or repair
  • Exterior repairs (walls, foundation, porches, siding, etc.)
  • Window Replacement
  • Tree Trimming
  • ADA improvements

How to apply:

  • Applications will be available starting August 15th at the TPD District III office, 3808 N 22nd St. Tampa, FL 33610 from 1 pm to 5 pm.
  • Required documents include personal identification, proof of income, bank statements, utility bills, mortgage statement (if applicable), and homeowner’s insurance policy (if applicable).
