TAMPA, Fla. – Tampa International Airport-Wide Hiring Day, featuring 25 companies looking to fill as many as 450 jobs, is this Thursday morning.
Representatives from Southwest Airlines, the Transportation Security Administration, FedEx Express and others will be in attendance meeting applicants and accepting applications.
These employers hope to fill positions to help with the increased passenger traffic that comes with the holidays at TPA.

More than 800 candidates attended the last Airport-wide Hiring Day on Feb. 16, with companies offering dozens of jobs on the spot.
WHEN: 9 a.m. to noon on Thursday, Sept. 14
WHERE: The Airport’s Main Terminal Event Space (Level 3, between the shuttles for Airsides E and F)
NOTE: No RSVP is required. Parking will be validated for those parking in the Economy Parking Garage.
