Franco is currently facing sexual abuse charges in the Dominican Republic, stemming from allegations involving a minor. He was placed on administrative leave by Major League Baseball in July and is scheduled to stand trial in December.

This latest arrest further complicates Franco’s legal situation and raises serious questions about his future in Major League Baseball.
