ST. PETERSBURG, FL. – The Tampa Bay Rays look like a different team that opened the season at home dominating the Baltimore Orioles in a three-game sweep.
The Rays lost 3 of 4 to the Oakland A’s with sloppy play, too many walks by Rays pitchers, even giving up a Little League homerun to A’s Cristian Poche.
Oakland led in every game of the series.
The Rays are hoping a trip to the Windy City will bring back some of that good play they showed against the O’s.
Rays are at the White Sox for three games followed by a three-game series against the Cubs at Wrigley.
