Tampa Bay Lightning To Host USA Hockey Warrior Classic In Wesley Chapel For Disabled Veterans

WESLEY CHAPEL, Fla. – The Tampa Bay Lightning will be hosting the eighth annual USA Hockey Warrior Classic presented by the NHL at AdventHealth Center Ice in Wesley Chapel from October 10th to 13th.

This inspiring event will feature 39 Warrior hockey teams from across the United States and Canada, comprised of disabled U.S. military veterans. To be eligible to play, all participants must be veterans of the U.S. Armed Forces and meet USA Hockey Warrior eligibility requirements.

The tournament will follow a round-robin format for the preliminary rounds, after which teams will be divided into six playoff divisions. Last year’s tournament saw over 850 players from 36 teams and 15 states participate.

The USA Hockey Warrior Classic is a celebration of the strength and resilience of our veterans.
