A one-hour Zoom webinar to be presented by the Tampa Bay Builders Association is scheduled for Tuesday, May 19, 2020 from 1 p.m. to 2 p.m. for TBBA members and interested public parties. Four speakers will provide local and national housing market data and projections stemming from the COVID-19 crisis.
Jennifer Motsinger, Executive Vice President of the Tampa Bay Builders Association will deliver information on the proposed impact fee increase in Hillsborough County, as well as level of service throughout Tampa Bay.
Chuck Fowke, First Vice Chairman, National Association of Home Builders and President, Homes by John C. Fowke, will present information on NAHB’s support of the industry amid the coronavirus pandemic and a forward-looking advocacy plan.
Kristine Smale, Senior Vice President of Myers Research, a group of real estate, technology and data experts will also speak, as will Tony Polito, Regional Director of Metrostudy which provides primary and secondary market information to the housing and residential construction industry, according to its website.
