TAMPA, Fla. – Jack Rocker, 19, of Tampa, has been sentenced to 84 months (7 years) in federal prison for possessing child sexual abuse material (CSAM), followed by a lifetime of supervised release.
U.S. District Court Judge also ordered Rocker to forfeit his iPhone 12, thumb drive, and laptop, all of which contained CSAM.
He will also be required to register as a sex offender and pay $126,500 in restitution to the victims. Rocker pleaded guilty to the charges on December 16, 2024.

Court filings revealed that Rocker was a member of “764,” a network of violent online extremists who engage in criminal activity in the United States and abroad.
The group’s goals are rooted in a hatred of society and a desire to dismantle it through chaos, destruction, and social instability. They exploit vulnerable populations, including minors, and use online platforms to share extreme gore and CSAM.

On January 19, 2024, the FBI executed a search warrant at Rocker’s Tampa residence, seizing his electronic devices. Investigators discovered over 8,300 images and videos of CSAM, including depictions of the sexual abuse of infants and toddlers, masochistic sexual behavior, and bestiality.
The FBI conducted the investigation, and the U.S. Attorney’s Office is prosecuting the case for the Middle District of Florida and the Counterterrorism Section of the Justice Department’s National Security Division.
