POLK COUNTY, Fla. – A Winter Haven storage facility theft of UTV wheels and tires, valued at approximately $2,200, has resulted in the arrests of two Polk City residents on theft and drug charges.
The Polk County Sheriff’s Office (PCSO) began investigating the March 10th theft and identified 33-year-old Robert Movrich as a suspect.
On March 13th, deputies located Movrich driving his 2005 Chevy 2500 on US 17. Movrich eventually stopped at the very storage facility where the wheels and tires were stolen.
Inside the vehicle with Movrich was 47-year-old Mindy Cotter. Movrich confessed to stealing the wheels and tires and subsequently selling them.
During the investigation, both Movrich and Cotter were found to be in possession of cocaine. Cotter was also found to be in possession of marijuana and ammunition. As a convicted felon, Cotter is prohibited from possessing ammunition.

Both Movrich and Cotter were arrested and transported to the Polk County Jail.
The PCSO noted Cotter’s prior stay at the jail (Grady Judd’s Bed & Breakfast) earlier in March, stating, “Mindy Cotter had been a guest at the B&B earlier in the month of March, so it was nice to see her return. Welcome back, Cotter.”
