St. Petersburg traffic investigators identified Fuller as the driver of the Honda Odyssey that struck and killed 62-year-old Kathy Repke. Repke was crossing 4th Street North in a marked crosswalk when she was hit. She later died at a local hospital.
Fuller had initially volunteered to speak with investigators about the incident. However, an arrest warrant was issued last week, leading to her arrest.
