ST. PETERSBURG, Fla. – St. Petersburg Police Department is investigating a shooting that happened Friday and is seeking tips from the public.
According to police, at 8:40 p.m., officers were called about a loud argument at the Paradise Apartments, 2185 16th Avenue South.

As they arrived, the officers heard shots being fired. An adult man was shot and is in critical condition at the hospital.
The suspect is at large, police say.
