St. Petersburg Residents: Have Your Say On The City’s 2025 Budget

ST. PETERSBURG, Fla. – The St. Petersburg City Council is inviting the community to participate in two public hearings this month to discuss the Fiscal Year 2025 Budget. The first hearing will take place on Thursday, September 12th at 6 p.m., where the City Council will adopt the tentative FY25 City Budget and millage rate.

The second hearing is scheduled for Thursday, September 26th at 6 p.m. During this hearing, the City Council will consider adopting the final FY25 Budget and millage rate, and also approve the Capital Improvements Plan.

Residents can attend these hearings in person at Council Chambers in City Hall, located at 175 5th St. N. Alternatively, the meetings will be broadcast live on stpete.org/TV and on select digital cable channels: Frontier – 20, Spectrum – 641, and WOW! Cable – 15.

The Fiscal Year 2025 Budget will officially begin on October 1, 2024.
