ST. PETERSBURG, Fla. – Jason Washington, 42, of St. Petersburg, has been sentenced to over 13 years in federal prison for possession with intent to distribute fentanyl, methamphetamine, and cocaine.
The sentence, handed down by U.S. District Judge William Jung, includes a minimum mandatory 10-year term due to the quantity of methamphetamine involved.

Law enforcement discovered over 240 grams of methamphetamine, 225 grams of fentanyl, 102 grams of cocaine, $77,000 in cash, and six firearms during a search of Washington’s residence in April 2023.
This case, investigated by the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives and the St. Petersburg Police Department, is part of Project Safe Neighborhoods (PSN), a Department of Justice initiative aimed at reducing violent crime and gun violence through community collaboration and focused enforcement.
