ST. PETERSBURG, Fla. – St. Petersburg Fire Rescue and the city’s Parks and Recreation Aquatics Department are joining forces to make a splash in water safety. On Saturday, February 15th, they’ll host their 6th Annual Firefighter and Lifeguard Car Wash Fundraiser at Northwest Pool.

From 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m., community members can have their cars washed by local heroes – firefighters and lifeguards – in exchange for a donation. All proceeds will go towards providing free swim lessons for children in St. Petersburg, ensuring they have access to vital water safety education.
