ST. PETERSBURG, Fla. – St. Petersburg Police have arrested Roseshana Smith and Jordan Gatlin on charges of Aggravated Child Abuse after a two-year-old girl in their care was hospitalized with severe internal injuries and multiple scars.
An eight-month-old boy, also in their care, was found to be neglected.

Police say the investigation is ongoing and further details about the children’s identities will not be released due to privacy concerns.
