ST. PETERSBURG, Fla. – An elderly couple is dead after police say a husband shot his wife and then turned the gun on himself.
At around 10:00 a.m., an employee at the Addington Place, an assisted living facility located at 4600 54th Avenue South, was conducting their routine check-ins when they located a 76-year-old woman and her 81-year-old husband shot.
Through the investigation, officers determined that the husband, who was visiting, shot his wife and then turned the gun on himself.
