HERNANDO COUNTY, Fla. – A Spring Hill man, Aaron Randall, has been arrested and charged with 13 counts of Sexual Activities Involving Animals, following a Hernando County Sheriff’s Office investigation that began on August 20, 2024.
The investigation initially focused on the possession of child pornography but expanded when a search warrant executed on Randall’s online accounts uncovered disturbing content. Detectives found 13 files depicting sexual activities with animals and conversations suggesting Randall was advertising sexually explicit videos involving a minor.

Randall admitted to owning the social media account, possessing the animal-related files, and “scamming pedophiles” for money. He claimed he never actually distributed child pornography, but had earned a few thousand dollars over the past 1-2 years through this scheme.
During a search of his residence, detectives also discovered 2.7 grams of methamphetamine, which Randall claimed he used to help him concentrate.

Randall was arrested and is facing several charges, including 13 counts of Sexual Activities Involving Animals, Money Laundering, Criminal Use of Personal Identification Information, and Possession of Methamphetamine. He is being held on a $77,500 bond.
