A search warrant executed at Boston’s residence on Bishop Road revealed that he possessed child sexual abuse material (CSAM) on his social media account. Boston admitted to owning the account and being aware of the illegal content.

He was initially charged with two counts of possession of child pornography and one count of unlawful use of a two-way communication device and held without bond.

However, the investigation continued. On January 10th, 2025, a forensic examination of Boston’s cell phone uncovered three additional files containing CSAM and, significantly, six files containing AI-generated child pornography.

This discovery led to further charges against Boston, including three counts of possession of child pornography and six counts of generated child pornography. He remains held without bond.

Sheriff Al Nienhuis emphasized his office’s zero-tolerance policy regarding child sexual abuse material, “Any and all tips are, and will be, meticulously investigated, no stone will be left unturned.  Any person who possesses material of this nature will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.”
