A small aircraft was forced to crash land at a busy intersection near the University of Central Florida on Friday afternoon.
According to the Orange County Fire Rescue, the small plane crashed near the intersection of University Boulevard and North Econlockhatchee Trail Friday afternoon.
The pilot was forced to perform an emergency crash landing near UCF on Friday afternoon, according to Florida Highway Patrol.
No injuries were reported and crews worked to clear the roadway of debris this afternoon.
The incident has been turned over to the National Transportation Safety Board and the Federal Aviation Administration.
