HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, Fla. – The Hillsborough County Sheriff’s Office is investigating a homicide that left one person dead in Dover.
On Monday, at 10:07 p.m., deputies responded to the 3000 block of Al Simmons Road in Dover in reference to a shooting in the area.
When deputies arrived on the scene, they discovered an adult female deceased and an adult male who had suffered an apparent gunshot wound.
The man is in stable condition at this time and is cooperating with detectives, who are still trying to determine a motive for the shooting.
