HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, Fla. – Sheriff Chad Chronister and the Hillsborough County Sheriff’s Office conducted an operation over the weekend to combat driving under the influence (DUI).

The Super Bowl and the Krewe of Sant’ Yago Illuminated Knight Parade meant that HCSO’s DUI Unit was proactively patrolling to keep our community safe.

“This weekend is historically one in which our community sees an influx of drivers on the roads,” said Sheriff Chad Chronister. “Our efforts have undoubtedly reduced death, injury, and property damage caused by impaired drivers.”
