Several Arrested in St.Pete Qwik Stop Food Mart ‘Drug Deals’

SAINT PETERSBURG, Fla. – On Tuesday, at about 12:30 p.m., St. Petersburg Police detectives served a search warrant on the Qwik Stop Food Mart, 1440 49th Street South. Detectives have evidence of open illegal drug sales occurring inside the store. 

Police say that in some cases, the store clerks were also involved.

In a video from inside the store, Tyree Bell, who is wanted for the murder of Arnieceia Milton on November 15th, can be seen weighing and selling pot.  In the second clip, he openly exchanges money for drugs. Bell is seen gets a baggie from the clerk and sells it to a woman in the store. The video is from November 1st 2020, the same day Dameion Cookinson was killed in the store parking lot. His homicide remains unsolved.

Several people were arrested today. We will update this story with names and charges as soon as they are processed.

Tyree Lamons Bell remains at large.
