Search Underway For Suspects After Shooting Injures Six In Florida

The Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office is searching for two or three individuals believed to be responsible for a shooting that injured six people outside a pop-up club in Jacksonville late Saturday night.

The victims, ranging in age from late teens to early 20s, sustained non-life-threatening injuries to various parts of their bodies, including the abdomen, thigh, calf, buttocks, and hand. They were all taken to a local hospital for treatment.

The incident occurred around midnight as the victims were leaving the after-hours club located in the 3100 block of North Main Street. According to the initial investigation, two or three shooters opened fire in the area, striking the victims.

Deputies are currently investigating the motive behind the shooting, and whether the victims were specifically targeted or caught in the crossfire, Yahoo News reported.
