SARASOTA, Fla.– A school bus collided with two other vehicles this morning at the intersection of Laurel Road and South Tamiami Trail in Sarasota County. Fortunately, no children were on board the bus at the time of the accident.
The bus driver and an adult passenger received medical attention at the scene but did not require hospitalization. One of the other drivers involved in the crash was transported to SMH – Venice with minor injuries.

The Sarasota County Sheriff’s Office is currently investigating the incident. No roads are closed due to the accident.
