ST. PETERSBURG, Fla. – A collision between a school bus and a Jeep SUV in St. Petersburg sent five students to the hospital with minor injuries.
The crash occurred at the intersection of 27th Avenue South and 37th Street South. The school bus was carrying 15 passengers from Azalea Middle School.

Five students were transported to All Children’s Hospital for treatment of minor injuries. The driver of the Jeep SUV was also taken to the hospital.
The cause of the crash is currently under investigation by the St. Petersburg Police Department.
