SARASOTA, Fla. – Sarasota Police have arrested four individuals in connection with the brutal assault of a 67-year-old man in early October.
On October 13th, shortly after 2 am, the victim reported being attacked by four young men near South Orange Avenue. The assailants allegedly punched him, beat him with a tree branch, and threw a rock, causing serious head injuries.

Police initially stopped a vehicle matching the description of the getaway car, but due to insufficient evidence, no arrests were made at the time.
However, a dedicated investigation by the Criminal Investigation Division, including video surveillance and witness interviews, revealed crucial information. Footage captured the assault and identified the suspects as the occupants of the previously stopped vehicle.

The four individuals have now been arrested and charged:
- Ethan Craig (17), Sarasota: Aggravated Battery of a Person 65 Years or Older
- Nathan St. Onge (15), Sarasota: Aggravated Battery of a Person 65 Years or Older
- Logan Pollard (16), Sarasota: Aggravated Battery of a Person 65 Years or Older
- Adrian Zambrana (18), Sarasota: Aggravated Battery of a Person 65 Years or Older; Giving False Name to Law Enforcement
