ST. PETERSBURG, Fla. – RumFish Beach at TradeWinds Resort on St. Pete Beach has officially reopened its doors, marking a significant step in the community’s recovery from Hurricanes Helene and Milton.

The beloved beachfront resort, a family favorite for over 60 years, is eager to welcome guests back to its sandy shores and vibrant atmosphere. While the Island Grand section of the resort is still undergoing repairs and is expected to reopen by the end of the year, RumFish Beach is ready to provide the same unforgettable experiences it’s known for.

“We’re excited to reopen RumFish Beach so soon after the storms and can’t wait to welcome our TradeWinds family back home,” said Travis Johnson, hotel manager at TradeWinds Resort. “Guests and locals alike will be delighted to know that many of their favorite amenities are available and that our white sandy shores are as beautiful as ever. While we still have some work to do before Island Grand reopens, we’re confident that the entire resort will be welcoming guests back by the end of the year, along with new activities for everyone to enjoy.”
