HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, Fla. – Motorists in Brandon should be aware of an upcoming road closure on Clay Avenue, scheduled to begin on Monday, August 20. The closure is necessary to facilitate repairs to a wastewater utility pipe and is expected to last for approximately 10 days, reopening on August 30.
The affected section of Clay Avenue is located just west of Seffner-Valrico Road, between Stone Drive and Oak Ridge Drive. Residents and commuters who typically use this route are advised to plan for alternate routes during the closure period.
