Riverview Man Killed After Hitting Street Signs And Tree On Motorcycle In St. Petersburg

ST. PETERSBURG, Fla. – A 32-year-old Riverview man died in a motorcycle crash in St. Petersburg early Sunday.

According to police, at around 2 a.m. Sunday, a motorcyclist, 32-year-old Brandon Christian Harwood Pagels of Riverview, was traveling westbound in the 1900 block of 1st Avenue North at a high rate of speed when he lost control of his motorcycle.

Pagels left the roadway and hit two street signs and a large tree.

He was pronounced deceased at the scene, police say.
