NEW PORT RICHEY, Fla. – Police in Florida are seeking to identify a couple that has been writing bad checks for cart loads of goods.
On April 24, 2022, a check from a New Port Richey, Pasco County, business was fraudulently written at a Home Depot in Tampa for over $2,100 to pay for merchandise.
Detectives believe this dynamic duo also wrote a fraudulent check at Walmart on Gunn Hwy. in Tampa on April 23rd.
The duo may be responsible for writing additional fraudulent checks, according to police.

Crime Stoppers of Tampa Bay is offering a reward of up to $5,000 for information that leads to the identification and arrest of the unknown suspects involved in these cases.
