TAMPA, Fla. – The Hillsborough County Sheriff’s Office is searching for a man who stole a trailer, and Crime Stoppers of Tampa Bay is offering a reward in the case.
According to deputies, on April 25, 2022, shortly after 3 p.m., in the 7300 block of Monterey Blvd. in Tampa, an unknown suspect utilized his red/maroon Dodge Durango to steal a homemade trailer.
Deputies say the vehicle had aftermarket stickers on the rear trunk door. The suspect vehicle and suspect were captured on surveillance video.
The suspect is described as an older black male, 6′, 275 lbs., wearing blue pants and a white t-shirt.
Crime Stoppers of Tampa Bay is offering a reward of up to $5,000 for information that leads to the identification and arrest of the unknown suspect involved in this case.
Anyone with any information regarding the identity of the suspect and who wants to be eligible for a cash reward is asked to call Crime Stoppers at 1-800-873-TIPS (8477), report anonymously online at www.crimestopperstb.com, or send a mobile tip using the P3 Tips Mobile application.
Crime Stoppers must be contacted first in order to be eligible for a cash reward.
