Liberals proudly and relentlessly proclaim diversity is our strength. Yet they never seem to want to practice it.
The latest example comes from Oakland, where an elementary school sought to host a “Playdate Social” event for its students that excluded white families.
According to the Post Millennial, the Equity & Inclusion Committee at Chabot Elementary School in Oakland announced that it was hosting the playdate that included snacks, drinks and fun games for the kids.

Yet, as the group’s invitation noted, “If your family identifies as Black, Brown, or API [Asian-Pacific islander] or are a parent/caregiver of a Black, Brown, or API student. Come hang out while we get a chance to know each other and build our community as we kick off this schoolyear.”
On the social media platform Reddit, a parent of a student at the school ripped the event. “I dunno about others, but I’m genuinely upset about what ultimately boils down to a ‘No whites allowed’ playdate.” The same user added the some parents were “particularly impassioned by this BECAUSE of how backwards it is.”
“I am firmly against racial segregation in any form, and think this is the kind of event that pulls more people AWAY from the cause they are likely trying to promote,” he said, according to the Post Millennial.
Libs of Tik Tok, the popular account on X, the platform formerly known as Twitter, noted that another parent “blasted the school on social media, [saying] ‘we’ll look back and cringe so hard that we tried to beat racism by segregating kids of color from white kids.’”

Another Reddit user complained that “the worst part” of such events is that they are “fueled by extreme white left of liberal ‘woke’ people [who] feel they can speak for poc” (people of color).
