On April 2nd, at approximately 9:30 p.m., a PCSO deputy conducted a traffic stop on North Wabash Avenue in Lakeland. Plummer, who claimed not to have any identification, gave the deputy a false name. However, the deputy quickly determined Plummer’s true identity.

Further investigation revealed an active warrant from the Florida Department of Corrections for absconding from conditional release. Plummer was immediately arrested.
