U.S. Supreme Court Justice Sonia Sotomayor has been in the news a lot lately.
First, the liberal justice revealed a staggering amount of ignorance about COVID-19 in early January as the court heard oral arguments over President Joe Biden’s vaccine mandate for large employers.
Sotomayor was so off – with a suggestion that 100,000 children are hospitalized with COVID, which she also said was a “blood-borne” illness – that even left-wing comedian Bill Maher noted on Friday, “That’s really ignorant for a Supreme Court justice. So don’t be the ‘We’re the people who believe in science,’ but you don’t have the facts!”
Then, Sotomayor was caught up in a misleading NPR report about conservative Justice Neil Gorsuch.
Gorsuch was maskless at the hearing, which Sotomayor attended remotely, reportedly because she didn’t feel “safe” around unmasked people. NPR indicated Gorcush was ignoring Chief Justice John Roberts’ request for justices to wear masks. Roberts torpedoed the story by saying he never asked any justice to wear a mask.
NPR sought to slam Gorsuch because Sotomayor has a couple of key COVID risk factors, including being diabetic and 67 years old.
Those factors, however, led Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene to argue that Sotomayor should step down.
Last week on the social media platform GETTR, the Georgia Republican maintained, “If Justice Sotomayor is too ‘at risk’ to be around Justice Gorsuch without his mask on, then Sotomayer is not fit to serve on the Supreme Court and should step down.
“Stop punishing healthy people with masking and vaccine mandates,” said Greene.
Green continued, “It’s time to either trust your vaccines and boosters and leave the rest of us alone or shelter in place to protect your fragile health until you feel safe enough to come back out into a fully functioning normal society.”
“Unvaccinated and unmasked people are not responsible for the state of others health,” she added.
Greene is on GETTR because Twitter permanently suspended her account at the beginning of the year.
Twitter claimed it did so because Greene was spreading COVID “misinformation.”
Yet her last tweet before she was booted was calling on left-wing Democratic Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez to apologize to Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis for criticizing DeSantis as he accompanied his wife for cancer treatments.

She is an IGNORANT MORON and NOT QUALIFIED to be a “supreme”court justice and by the way ROBERTS isn’t qualified to be the head honcho either as he appears to try to interpret the law, like most of them, instead if following the law!
