Here’s a classic and festive recipe for a 4th of July cookout: Red, White, and Blue Berry Salad This refreshing salad is perfect for a hot summer day and incorporates the colors of the American flag!

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups fresh blueberries
  • 2 cups fresh strawberries, sliced
  • 1 cup chopped seedless white grapes
  • 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh mint
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • Salt and pepper to taste
