PORT RICHEY, Fla. – Two brothers from Port Richey, Marcus and Pierre Fowler, have admitted their involvement in a conspiracy to distribute significant quantities of fentanyl, methamphetamine, and cocaine.
Marcus Fowler also pleaded guilty to possession with intent to distribute over 500 grams of cocaine. Both face a maximum penalty of life imprisonment, with a sentencing date yet to be scheduled.

According to court documents, the brothers’ illegal activities began in 2006, when they conspired with others to distribute these drugs in the area Co-conspirators revealed receiving over 100 kilograms of fentanyl and 500 pounds of methamphetamine from the Fowlers between 2020 and 2022.
In early 2023, law enforcement intercepted substantial amounts of methamphetamine and fentanyl through postal inspections. Later, a raid on their Tarpon Springs stash house uncovered more than a kilogram of fentanyl, cocaine, and methamphetamine, along with numerous firearms, including a machine gun.

Marcus and Pierre Fowler used drug proceeds to purchase several properties in Pasco and Pinellas Counties. As part of their plea agreement, they have agreed to forfeit the following properties which are traceable to the offenses:

2. 4152 Memphis Avenue, New Port Richey, Florida 34652
3. 5606 Sunshine Park Drive, New Port Richey, Florida 34652
4. 4330 Kibler Lane, Holiday, Florida 34691
5. 2141 Speck Drive, Holiday, Florida 34691
6. 4240 Oakfield Avenue, Holiday, Florida 34691
7. 710 North Avenue, Tarpon Springs, Florida 34689
8. 122 East Lime Street, Tarpon Springs, Florida 34689
9. 1522 Elite Court, Holiday, Florida 34691,
This case is part of a larger Organized Crime Drug Enforcement Task Force (OCDETF) investigation, demonstrating a multi-agency effort to combat high-level criminal organizations. The investigation involved several agencies, including the DEA, U.S. Secret Service, ATF, and local law enforcement.
