LAKELAND, Fla. – Polk County Sheriff’s Office is searching for an 18-year-old Lakeland man who busted into a McDonald’s and got away with the cash.
According to PCSO, 18-year-old Melik Khayitov of Lakeland, broke into the McDonald’s on CR 540-A, his previous employer, at 1:10 a.m. on Monday, June 20, 2022.
Deputies say he went to the safe and stole all the money from that safe, before fleeing in his car.
He was positively identified by all of his former coworkers and is now wanted by PCSO for grand theft, burglary, and possession of burglary tools.
Melik is 5’9″ tall, 145 lbs., with black hair and brown eyes. He drives a green 2002 Honda Accord with GA tag TCX 7181.
