In addition, two individuals arrested for DUI were found to be in the United States illegally and have been reported to U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE).
It’s important to note that these arrests solely reflect PCSO enforcement actions and do not include DUI arrests made by city police departments or the Florida Highway Patrol within Polk County.
The PCSO urges residents to prioritize safety and report suspected impaired drivers immediately by calling 9-1-1.
