POLK COUNTY, Fla. – A Lake Wales home, left vacant after the owner’s death, became a shocking scene of neglect and illegal activity when a couple moved in and transformed it into a makeshift landfill.

Jerrimy Clark, 43, and Rikki Prine, 36, turned the once-ordinary residence into a dumping ground for household garbage, appliances, metal scraps, furniture, vehicle parts, and even human waste.
