Police in St. Pete have determined that a suspicious death is now a homicide and want to speak with the victim's girlfriend.

ST. PETERSBURG, Fla. – Rhiannon Spicer, 24, has turned herself into police custody this evening. She is being charged with 2nd-degree murder.

Police in St. Pete have determined that a suspicious death of a 29-year-old man is now a homicide.

According to police, at 4:45 p.m., Friday, August 19, officers responded to 4725 39th Avenue North, Apt. 204 at Casa Grande Apartments for a man found deceased.

Larry Jarrell, 29, was found deceased in his apartment. The death was suspicious and through an autopsy report and further investigation this weekend, it was determined to be a homicide.

Rhiannon Cole Spicer, 24, was a person of interest and now has been charged with 2nd-degree murder.

Police say she was residing with Jarrell at the apartment in a domestic relationship.
