PASCO COUNTY, FL. – Deven Gelinas, 16, has been found safe and returned home with his family.
New Port Richey Police were searching for 16-year-old Devin Gelinas, who was missing from downtown New Port Richey.
Gelinas was last seen on Thursday around 10:00 a.m. leaving Pennsylvania Ave heading towards Madison Street.
Deven was last seen wearing a black tee-shirt with white lettering (Friends) written all over the shirt and black shorts, which appear to be bathing suit material. He has a blue Jansport backpack on, according to police.
Police say he may have a light blue hoodie on as seen in the pic of him sleeping. Devin has blondish brown hair and hazel eyes with a blue ring around them.
Deven is mentally disabled and takes anti-psychotic and ADHD medications. Without medication, Deven is unstable and may be harmful to himself or others.
