PoFolks Employee In St. Petersburg Arrested After Spraying 2 Fellow Employees With Hot Grease

An employee of PoFoks has been arrested after spraying two fellow employees with hot grease.

ST. PETERSBURG, Fla – An employee of PoFoks has been arrested after spraying two fellow employees with hot grease Tuesday.

According to police, on Tuesday at about 7:30 p.m., employees at the PoFolks at 2001 34th St. N. had an altercation in the kitchen.

Police say one employee, Ocassio Cubby, age 53, sprayed grease on two employees.

Investigators say that one adult man and one adult woman, both employees, suffered burns and were transported to the Tampa General burn unit for treatment.

Their injuries are not considered life-threatening at this time.

Police say Cubby was taken into custody and charged with two counts of aggravated battery.
