PLANT CITY, Fla. – 59-year-old Darryl Lowery was arrested today on 10-counts of child pornography by the Florida Department of Law Enforcement.
Charged with ten 2nd degree felonies, Lowery is being held on a $75,000 bond by Hillsborough County Sheriff’s Office.
Charges listed are:
- 10x POSSESSION OF CHILD PORNOGRAPHY 10 OR MORE IMAGES AND CONTENT OF IMAGES (CHAB6101) Class:F2
Each 2nd-degree felony carries up to 15 years in prison and up to $10,000 in fines.
The charges contained in the complaint are only allegations. A person is presumed innocent unless and until he or she is proven guilty beyond a reasonable doubt in a court of law.
