PINELLAS PARK, Fla. – The Pinellas Park Police Department SWAT team carried out a pre-planned operation Wednesday, executing a narcotics search warrant in the 4700 block of 88th Ave N, the residence of Alfred Spearman.
“This action was the culmination of an extensive investigation led by the Pinellas Park Police Department Special Investigations Unit. Upon searching the residence, detectives discovered evidence linking Spearman to the armed trafficking of fentanyl, with a quantity exceeding 28 grams,” said Pinellas Park Police Sgt. Alexander Matson, PIO.
Additionally, Spearman faces charges of possession with intent to sell, and is further charged as a felon in possession of a firearm. He was arrested without incident and booked into the Pinellas County Jail.

According to investigators, Spearman has an extensive arrest history and was last arrested by the Pinellas Park Police Department in November of 2023 for possession of fentanyl with intent to sell.
Pinellas Park Police Chief Adam Geissenberger said, “The dangers associated with fentanyl use is alarming, and this arrest reinforces our commitment to removing these substances from our community. Our agency will continue to work tirelessly to safeguard the well-being of our residents”.
