According to trial evidence, Jackson used a fake identity to obtain a Social Security number and driver’s license and even get married.
He then used his real identity to apply for Supplemental Security Income (SSI) and food assistance benefits, while concealing his marriage and work activity. This allowed him to receive benefits he was not entitled to.
In addition to the prison sentence, Jackson was ordered to pay over $46,000 in restitution.
