PINELLAS COUNTY, Fla. – Detectives from the Pinellas County Sheriff’s Office are investigating the death of a 67-year-old inmate. Kenneth Graham, who was being held on federal narcotics charges, died Sunday afternoon after being transported to a local hospital.
Graham was booked into the Pinellas County Jail on June 28, 2024, on a U.S. Marshal hold. On Sunday morning, at approximately 9:40 AM, he was transported to the hospital for an unspecified medical issue. He was pronounced deceased at 1:39 PM.

Detectives assigned to the Robbery/Homicide Unit are investigating the death, which is standard procedure for any in-custody death.
However, preliminary findings indicate that Graham’s death was not the result of any physical altercation or injury sustained while incarcerated.
