Pinellas County Detectives Arrest St. Petersburg Man For Possession Of Child Porn

PINELLAS COUNTY, Fla. – Pinellas County Sheriff’s Office Detectives assigned to the Crimes Against Children Unit (CAC) have arrested a St. Petersburg man for possession of child pornography.

Detectives began their investigation after receiving information that child pornography was being accessed and shared via the internet.

Through various investigative techniques, detectives identified the suspect as 19-year-old Logan Ferrell. According to detectives, the videos were of children between the ages of five and ten years old.

On February 13, 2024, detectives arrested Ferrell and charged him with three counts of Possession of Child Pornography and two counts of Transmission of Child Pornography.

Ferrell was transported to the Pinellas County Jail.
