PINELLAS COUNTY, FL. – Florida Highway Patrol have provided a picture of a man that they would like to speak with in regards to the fatal hit and run that killed a St. Petersburg Man.
Florida Highway Patrol Troopers continue to investigate the fatal January 30th crash on SR-693 (Pasadena Ave) in St. Petersburg.
On Friday, troopers released the below photo of the person of interest.
Troopers are now searching for a white pickup truck that was caught on camera near the scene of the crash.
On January 30th at 3:30 AM, a 23-year-old St. Petersburg man operating an electric scooter was attempting to cross over a raised concrete median dividing SR-693 near 51st Avenue North.
Troopers say the man fell off the scooter and into the roadway being hit and killed by a vehicle.
