PASCO COUNTY, Fl. – Nonprofit animal rescue groups in Pasco County are planning a huge push to adopt lots of furry friends to forever families!
The groups will come together at Pasco County Animal Services (PCAS) for an Adopt-A-Thon event Saturday, November 13, 2021.
“Pasco County Animal Services is proud of our over 90% save rate, but these positive outcomes would not be possible without our nonprofit rescue partners,” said PCAS Director Mike Shumate. “We want to work together to help as many animals as possible, and this event allows us to do that.”
WHAT: Adopt-A-Thon
WHEN: Saturday, November 13, 2021, 12:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m.
WHERE: Pasco County Animal Services 19640 Dogpatch Lane Land O’ Lakes
PCAS is excited to host this collaborative event where you can get to know several local animal welfare organizations and have a chance to adopt some amazing animals.
Each participating rescue group will have its own fees, requirements and adoption processes.
Participating organizations include: Animal Luvr’s Dream Rescue, Humane Society of the Nature Coast, Humane Society of Pasco County, Humane Society of Pinellas, Maxx & Me Pet Rescue, Mercy Full Project, Pawesome Village Rescue, Raining Cats & Dogs Shelter and Sanctuary, The Runaways Animal Rescue and Suncoast House Rabbit Rescue.PCAS will also have dogs and cats available for adoption.
